Camponotus brasiliensis are a South American Camponotus ant species which do not require hibernation due to their native habitat being very warm. This is a lovely ant species with Orange to Red coloured legs. Camponotus brasiliensis is generally an undemanding species, fairly easy to keep and very active, making them very interesting to view. They benefit from having a low power heating source to speed up brood development.
