Shipping and Supply Policy


We ship orders Monday - Thursday.

Orders placed before 12pm on Monday - Thursday are usually shipped the same day and those placed after 12pm are shipped the next working day (Except Friday).

Custom orders may have additional processing time (eg. Items with non standard connectors, different glass colour etc).

Pre-decorated products may have an additional 10 working day lead time.

We use the following shipping services:

MyHermes (2-5 Working Days)
UPS (1-2 Working Days)
Royal Mail (1-5 Working Days)
International Services (3-10 Working Days)

Delivery times are estimates only and there may be delays outside of our control. Always contact us in advance if you have an order that needs processing urgently. Always check our blog / news page for the most up to date shipping information before placing an order.

International Ant Orders
Please note that it is a felony to import live queen ants into some countries.

If you place an order with live queen ants they will be removed from your order and the amount of those items will be refunded.

We currently do not ship ants to North America, Australia, New Zealand or China without a permit. We will always assist in obtaining the associated permits to those eligible to apply for them. Please get in touch if you need further clarification on this.

 

International Ant Supply
We source ants from all over the world. All ants have the associated permit, quarantine and inspections before and at the point of entry into the UK.

We do not import ants from China as ants are prohibited by LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON THE ENTRY AND EXIT ANIMAL AND PLANT QUARANTINE. For this reason AntKit will not purchase ants that may have been sourced in China.
